How do I get started?
When you sign up, you’re on the Free plan by default. The Free plan is designed for teams just starting out with retrospectives or teams that want take their retrospectives to the next level. You can invite up to 15 team members and create as many retrospectives as you want. For more advanced organization wide improvement, check out our Business or Enterprise plans.
What is included with the Free plan?
The Free plan enables you to experience the power of intentional improvement for your team. You get up to 15 team members, unlimited retrospectives,and access to all our pre-built templates as well as a set of robust integrations including Jira/Confluence, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
Does everyone need a ScatterSpoke account to collaborate?
Yes, sign in is required for all facilitators and participants. On the Business and Enterprise plan new users will be added on a 7 day trial, if you remove them before their trials ends you will not be charged.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. If you purchase Business Plan you can pay via self-serve invoice. If you want to purchase Enterprise Plan, contact us, and we will issue an invoice that you can pay via bank transfer.
