The fine print, in plain words.

Is unlimited really unlimited?

Yes. Classic surveys are unlimited on every plan, including Free: as many surveys as you want, as many responses as come in. There is no response cap that stops a survey mid-way.

Do respondents need an account?

No. Share a link or a QR code, send the invites by email, schedule the send, or embed the survey. People answer in the browser, and they can save part-way and come back if you allow it.

Which question types are there?

Nine: short answer, long answer, multiple choice, checkboxes, a one-to-five scale, star rating, yes or no, date and date range, plus an NPS preset that sets up a zero-to-ten scale with labelled ends.

Can I change a survey that's already live?

Duplicate it. The copy is yours to edit and send, and the original keeps collecting.
